本机适用于各行业中的单件盒式物品的薄膜自动包装（带金拉线）。采用新式双保险机构，机器运行不同步时无需停机也不会损坏其它零部件。的单向手摇装置防止逆向摇动机器，且运行时手轮不会转动使操作人员更安全。更换模具时无需调节机器两侧工作台面高度，无需拆装出料链条、放料斗。

1．本机是一款全自动高速透明膜包装设备，采用多工位转盘交替包装方式，所有裹包及热封动作均凸轮传动完成，具有速度快、运行稳定等特点。

2．更换模具即可包装不同尺寸的物品，采用全新设计的多项专利结构，使更换模具更加简单快捷。

3．采用新式双旋转切膜刀，使用寿命增加5倍，切膜更加、平整。

4．配有静电消除器，有效消除包装膜上吸附的静电，使送膜更加顺畅。

5．采用变频器调节包装速度，根据包装物品不同，可达40～70包/分钟。

6．设有双面皱褶整形美容装置，使膜包装更加贴体、更加美观。

7．带有复合不干胶激光防伪拆封线功能，真正起到防伪、防潮的作用。

8．改变加料方式即可与全自动化无人生产线接机使用。

The machine is widely applicable to the automatic film packing (with gold tear tape) of various single boxed articles. With new-type of double safeguard, No need stop of machine, other spare parts will not be damaged when the machine runs out of step.
